Delete My Account : STEPS

You can permanently delete your account after selecting a reason and, optionally, providing more details about why you are closing it. Before starting the deletion process, please note:

• • The request will take 7 days to complete.
• • Your eSIMs and any remaining data in active packages will be disabled.
• • Any applicable refunds will be handled as per our Refund Policy.
• • All personal information will be removed except for data retained under our Privacy Policy.
• • Once the deletion is finalized, your account cannot be recovered.
